As Owner & President of the company, Bob is our fearless and visionary leader. He has instilled a sense of Indigenous pride in all aspects of our business. Bob is the driver of implementing modern business theory in conjunction with incorporating traditional Indigenous values into daily operations of the company,

Starting at the age of 17, Bob began as a labourer and subsequently performed at every single position since. Bob is a “blue collar” person who successfully operates in a “white collar” world. Additionally, Bob holds a business degree, and is a member of Mensa Canada, reflecting both his formal business training and exceptional analytical ability. A certified Journeyman Insulator with more than 36 years of construction industry and executive experience, Bob is decisive, steady, and deeply respected. He leads with confidence and integrity, tackling complex challenges head-on while setting a clear course for long-term success. As a fully licensed Journeyman Insulator, he combines exceptional technical expertise with decades of strategic management leadership.
